I also have additional awareness of and hold in mind health at every size, neurodivergence, and infertility care. My background as a marriage and family therapist is rooted in a systemic lens, so I am particularly interested in building insight around how your relationships and the larger systems you're a part of impact your experience. This lens allows me to intentionally address the ways people are feeling stuck and bring about a deeper healing.
