About
The majority of my clients seek balance, clarity, and self-care and are facing normative life transitions or unexpected challenges across the lifespan. Typical challenges include stress, friendships, family relationships, body image and self-esteem, anxiety/depression, as well as transitions across college/grad school in young adulthood; career goals; and milestones such as marriage, divorce, pregnancy, parenting; or other health challenges that may require counseling or coaching, mind-body strategies and goal-directed wellness plans. The purpose is to build your confidence, compassion, and resiliency skills to flourish at any age.
Currently, I there is a waitlist for clients in my limited private practice on Fridays and 2 Saturdays/month as I work at Harvard University Counseling Center during the week. Reach out anyway in case openings occur. Sessions are currently telemedicine video until further notice. I accept BCBS of MA only. Discounts for coaching packages.
Bring more kindness into your life. Learn simple skills to build lasting inner strengths such as purposeful action, calm, clarity, confidence, emotional courage, focus, forgiveness, humor, mindfulness, presence, resilience, and self-compassion.
