The majority of my clients are women, between the ages of 15-65, who are facing normative life transitions or unexpected challenges across the lifespan. Typical challenges include stress, friendships, family relationships, body image and self-esteem, anxiety or depression, as well as phase transitions across high school, college, grad school, job stress; milestones such as marriage, divorce, pregnancy, parenting; or other health challenges that may require counseling or coaching, mind-body strategies and goal-directed wellness plans. The purpose is to help build confidence and resiliency skills to flourish in life at any age.

Currently, I am not accepting clients as I am working at Harvard University Counseling Center. If you'd like to be on my newsletter list, Matters in Kind, please visit my webpage: https://www.taracousineau.com/blog/
