Hope. I hear that so much in therapy. Is there hope? Will things get better? My answer is there will always be hope. Hope brought you to this website. Hope motivates us and with the help of a therapeutic alliance provides insight and a course foward. My goal is to teach you tools and provide a environment in which you feel secure in sharing your experiences.
My scope of therapy has been vast. I have worked with children, teens, adults and seniors. I have experience with individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of disorders such as depression, PTSD, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I currently offer individual therapy to adults.
I feel the most important component in therapy is developing trust and rapport with the client, coming from their reality, circumstances and goals. I look forward to talking with you about your needs. Contacting my email and requesting a appointment will expedite appointment times. I will add however. I do not do family court therapy or disability paperwork.
