My goal is to teach you tools and provide a environment in which you feel secure in sharing your experiences.
My scope of therapy has been vast. I have worked with children, teens, adults and seniors. I have experience with individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of disorders such as depression, PTSD, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I currently offer individual therapy to adults and couples counseling
