I am a psychodynamic therapist that specializes in supporting LGBTQ+ adults. I use a relational approach and hold a space of warmth and unconditional positive regard to help folks work through their concerns free of shame or judgment. I believe in the importance of meeting people where they are at in their life. My practice is trauma-informed, sex positive, and affirming of kink and non-traditional relationship structures. My goal is to empower my clients look within themselves to find their path to make the changes they are hoping to see. I have special interest in supporting adults around anxiety, identity exploration, and ADHD.
As a psychodynamic therapist I use approaches that promote mindfulness, self-awareness, and insight. I draw from modalities such as IFS and contemporary psychoanalysis that seek to increase self-awareness and insight, as well as behavioral approaches such as ACT. The work begins with getting to know more about you and where you are in your life.
I feel passionate about supporting folks who seek to discover and become the best version of themselves. I believe in this work and in the value of being able to hold a space where client's feel safe and supported to make changes.
