I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience. I’ve worked in outpatient, residential, and public school settings. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My ideal client is motivated to create change and explore underlying issues affecting their life. I offer a supportive and structured approach to therapy and will be with you each step of the way.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Applied Psychology from Rowan University. I use empirically validated treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs. My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care to support personal growth and healing.
