If you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or just tired of holding it all together, you're not alone. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and centered on helping you feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I have been licensed in the state of Washington for over eight years, with professional experience working with both teens and adults. I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to coping with addictions, overcoming the impact of trauma and abuse, as well as working to improve motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
Some of the modalities that I may utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Compassion focused Therapy (CFT), Eye-movement and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), and others that may seem appropriate to meet your therapy needs.
