My practice focuses mainly on topics surrounding relationship difficulties, depression/anxiety, sexual problems, and infertility. I have extensive experience and training in areas such as: relationship issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, sexual problems/dysfunction, and marriage and family.
I combine Gottman method, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to find a therapeutic approach best-fit for each client.. This eclectic approach is used to develop a positive therapeutic relationship that helps you maximize your ability to accept growth, gain insight, and heal within.
