I help people who experienced abusive relationships heal from internalized shame and regain their confidence and trust in themselves. I help 1st responders navigate their defense mechanisms to be able to thrive and build strong relationships at home, not just at work. You deserve to take up space and be heard. It is okay for you to have meaningful connections again and feel the powerful strength and resilience that is inside you. This is your space to feel seen, heard, laugh a little, and heal from the past. I provide a direct approach that helps clients explore changes they want to make.

I have been honored to assist humans find themselves again after leaving violent relationships, helping 1st Responders navigate the calls that never go away while not feeling like a burden on their families, and helping people feel safe in the world again. I am fully trained in EMDR/IFS have an honest, clear, and direct approach that is challenging but fair.

Therapy can be a place where you can pause. I am here to meet you where you are and support you throughout your journey as you start to feel more grounded, less irritable, and gain your confidence back. It is important for you to have control of your healing journey and I will ensure you have a place where you feel safe throughout the entire process.
