Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking with matters. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are. You or your child may be feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, life changes, or relationship stress. You want to better understand those feelings, build confidence, and develop practical tools to handle challenges more effectively while feeling supported and understood.
I work with children, teens, and adults through play therapy, individual, couples, and family therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, using creativity and conversation to help clients express emotions, strengthen coping skills, and grow in confidence.
Starting therapy can feel nerve-wracking, and that’s completely normal. Our first session focuses on getting to know each other at a comfortable pace. You don’t need the right words or all the answers, just come as you are. This is a safe space to be honest and supported.
