I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which helps clients explore and harmonize their internal "parts" or subpersonalities.
By fostering greater self-awareness and compassion for these parts, IFS empowers individuals to heal from past wounds, cultivate inner harmony, and unlock their full potential. IFS provides a powerful framework for understanding the complexities of the mind and navigating the path toward lasting growth and self-acceptance.
