My values are: joy, laughter, relationship, peace, and compassion. I believe we are all created for connection and purpose. There are any number of things that can get in the way of us experiencing life the way we had hoped. Through therapy, we will explore what it means to you to feel relief and identify a plan to nurture the values you have for your life. My perspective is across the lifespan and I treat all ages. I am specially trained as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, and provide treatment for even the youngest in our community. Babies to adults, we all deserve to have safety, security, kindness, and care.
If you decide to partner with me for therapy, we will identify ways that trauma, depression, attachment concerns, anxiety, parenting choices, guilt, and shame impact connection and purpose. I am trained in multiple models to help you find a treatment that is a good fit for you and will work on the issues/symptoms in which you want help.
