Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and requires support to navigate it. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use issues, or self-esteem concerns, I’m here to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process your experiences and build skills needed to move forward with confidence.
I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, and military-affiliated individuals in a variety of settings such as detox/residential, PHP, IOP, and private practice. This experience provided me an understanding of how life transitions, trauma, and personal struggles impact mental well-being.
My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals by using: CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, Trauma-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Strengths-Based and Person-Centered Therapy.
Therapy is a powerful step toward growth, healing, and self-awareness. I strive to make the experience as comfortable, relatable, and effective as possible. My role is to support and empower you on your journey. I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I'm passionate about working with military families, veterans, and those adjusting to life transitions.
