I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a passion for working with others to create the best versions of themselves. I use a various modalities to fit one’s unique needs; CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems and Solution Focused Therapy.
I have experience working with substance use disorders, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and severe mental illness. Tara has many years of experience working with moderate to severe mental illness among adults and within the aging population.
