I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. By using Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR and Exposure Therapy, I treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have knowledge working with individuals that have experienced traumas related to military, sexual trauma, and stressful events such as accidents. I also have expertise with using Parent Child Interaction Therapy to work with parents of children with emotional and behavior issues. I assist with helping you bond, cope and have more confidence as a parent.
I have also had training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy. I accept many insurances, offer video therapy, and look forward to meeting you. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.
