If persistent avoidance or fear is holding you back, I can help. I’m Tara, a therapist with special expertise in helping clients process trauma and make breakthroughs in life. I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience working with veterans, ex-foster kids, and other survivors with PTSD and its associated symptoms. No matter how small your trauma might seem, if it affected you, it’s worth exploring. I use Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help my clients embrace all the possibilities that trauma has been denying them.
During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you (along with your partner, if applicable) to therapy. I’d like to understand your desired outcomes before we jump into what therapy with me will look like.
