I am Tara Chase, a Pre-Licensed LPC candidate. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one that should always be safe for the client to express their needs and concerns. Additionally, I have worked with adolescents for over 10 years. Having been a caregiver, I understand the resulting stress of those responsibilities on both the caregiver and the family as a whole.
I will utilize a variety of therapeutic strategies to help both individuals and families see a resolution of their concerns as well as develop coping skills to meet the day to day challenges of life. I work with all backgrounds and ages, with specialties in grief, caregiving, adolescent issues, as well as depression and anxiety.
Living life well can be hard sometimes. Therapy is a way to learn how to live well even in difficulty. The therapeutic relationship is a safe place to walk through that difficulty with someone you trust. Though I offer Christian based counseling, my office is a space that all are valued and welcomed. I hope to be a part of your journey.
