I love working with individuals in the big transition stages of life. I have a passion for helping patients sort out the often confusing and disorienting realization that there is no "right" way to do things. My experience and passion lies in working with trauma and the resolution of trauma. The journey back from a trauma/ or series of traumas is all about processing the "then" through the lens of "now" that allows us to better navigate the things we have survived. The journey is about figuring out a happy medium between your way and what is acceptable to those that love and support you.
I am an EMDR Certified therapist and EMDR Consultant. I offer EMDR individual coaching, EMDR Certification, and ongoing EMDR Consultation for those looking to bring their EMDR practice to the next level. I am trained in several different types of EMDR practice and have a focus on using Somatic approaches in EMDR.
My ultimate goal is to provide individuals with as many powerful tools as possible to provide resolution to their symptoms. I love working with those who understand or are curious about the mind and body connection when working with emotions and behaviors. The body is a very powerful tool in learning how to be intentional in navigating our world.
