I am a Licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults in a variety of settings. I obtained my Masters degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and have focused on helping children and adolescents struggling with behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as school and family difficulties.
I use a solution focused approach and a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mindfulness to address your needs. I have specialized training in trauma focused CBT and trauma informed care.
