I work primarily with teens/young adults who are navigating complex life experiences, including trauma, grief, anxiety, substance use, and stress. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping you develop healthier coping skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and reclaim a sense of peace and purpose in your daily life.
As a Christian, I believe every person is fearfully and wonderfully made by God. I welcome integrating faith and spirituality into our work if desired. You don’t have to have it all figured out yet.
