Starting therapy can feel hard, especially when you’re already managing so much. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, infertility and fertility-related stress, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and adjustment to life changes. I am here to help you make this first step to prioritize yourself so you don't have to feel so alone.
I believe therapy works best when you are met with a non-judgmental stance, supported, and heard. I use evidence-based approaches to increase self awareness, understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, and use coping skills that feel realistic for everyday life to hopefully bring you some relief.
Therapy is collaborative and not a one-size-fits-all approach. I am an experienced, consistent therapist who is genuinely invested in working with you, and not a large scale virtual therapy platform where clients can feel lost, shuffled, or rushed.
