I specialize in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that changes how your mind and body react to past experiences and current challenges. Whether healing from trauma, repairing attachment wounds, or supporting your ability to thrive despite oppression or chronic illness, EMDR is a powerful tool to create deep and lasting changes, sometimes in very few sessions.
We might use EMDR on its own, or weave it into talk therapy. I mostly see adults who are dealing with high stress, life transitions, or complex trauma, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those with highly demanding jobs of all kinds. I foster an identity-affirming and caring environment where we can focus on what's bringing you to therapy.
