About
*DR. BOSWELL IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS** I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Psychologist who has worked with individuals, couples, families, and children over the past 14 years. I adopt a collaborative approach wherein the client and I begin to explore the areas of one’s life that cause suffering. Together, we undercover unhealthy, cyclical patterns that can lead one to feel stuck in life. It is my hope that my clients will develop a greater awareness of themselves, find purpose and meaning in life, and experience greater satisfaction in their relationships.
I treat trauma, depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness. I also have specialized training in grief and loss. Life can be unpredictable at times and we can all get thrown off course by unforeseen and unfortunate events. Therapy is an opportunity to share your story in a safe place and learn how to heal and move forward in healthy ways.
I have worked extensively with children and adolescents and I am trained in play therapy, parent coaching, and co-parenting models. As a family and couples therapist, I aim to increase communication, compromise, and compassion. Everyone of us stumbles in life sometimes and it takes enormous courage to ask for help. Consider taking that first step today.
