Therapy can help. Using a strength-based approach, I can help you to build on the skills you have to find balance and navigate difficult times with more resilience. My approach places great value on the relationship between a client and therapist and I work to build this relationship in a relaxed, non-judgmental, and supportive space.
I integrate concepts from CBT, mindfulness interventions, attachment theory, and other models. We can work together to help you understand how negative experiences from your past impact how you interact with the world around you. I am trained in and use EMDR with many clients. If you have questions about EMDR, I'm happy to answer them.
My office is a safe, comfortable environment where you can heal from your past, gain skills to better navigate your present and future, and process life's stressors.
