As a dedicated mental health therapist serving the Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) community, I specialize in guiding both adults and children toward emotional stability and healing. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Play Therapy, I offer unique and effective approaches to help both children and adults navigate their traumatic experiences. EMDR allows clients to process distressing memories, facilitating healing and emotional resilience.
Meanwhile, Play Therapy provides a safe and engaging space for children to express themselves and work through their feelings in a developmentally appropriate way.
