I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have a dual speciality in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology. I provide Bilingual English/Spanish therapy to adults, in individual, couples, and family therapy. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, cultural and identity difficulties, adoption issues, relationship hardships, and chronic stress. I help individuals work through challenges related to perfectionism, personal balance, emotion regulation, assertive communication, self-esteem, caregiving, and major life changes.
As a Spanish-speaking transracial adoptee, diversity is part of my identity and central to my practice. I value your various intersecting identities and integrate them into your customized treatment. I also use evidence-based modalities to help you discover your own inner resilience and path to healing.
Everyone has their own story to tell so I encourage you to show up just as you are. We can work together to help you develop healthier ways of living so that you feel like the best version of yourself. I offer flexibility in my appointment times and my fees. Feel free to call me directly to discuss any questions you may have about starting therapy.
