Hi! I’m Tara — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to creating a safe, calming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and truly seen. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families. I specialize in helping individuals navigate grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life stressors that can affect us all.
