My name is Tapiwa, and I have opened a private practice called Evergreen Therapy. I am here to help support you with exploring and finding your strengths, hopes, motivation and courage in a safe and open space :). My passion is helping and assisting clients to seek understanding, support, and empowerment.
My goal for the client’s therapeutic process is assist and support with empathy. Processing, and understanding needs, coping, life stressors, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other concerns. I utilize evidence-based practices, the cognitive behavioral model and aim for the therapeutic process to be understanding and comfortable.
