We believe in the connection between physical and mental wellness and eliminating emotional stress to create wellness in the body. With 27 years of experience in private practice, we will share a variety of therapeutic approaches including holistic, cognitive behavioral, family systems and spirituality. We look forward to joining you on your path to wellness and a deeper sense of peace.
Our areas of specialty include guiding individuals with depression, anxiety and mood instability by exploring root causes, biological factors and spiritual roadblocks. We have successfully worked with individuals with eating disorders and trauma. We welcome children and families who are experiencing difficulties with parenting, behavior and academics.
