I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of experience in counseling for individuals (children, teenagers and adults), couples, and families. I have worked with diverse ethnic populations providing therapy for variety of psychological symptoms, illnesses and conditions such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, stress management and other issues. As a Counselor, my goal is to fully understand the client’s experience and provide specific interventions to help in overcoming concerning life challenges.
To best meet my clients’ needs, I use various techniques including hypnotherapy, which helps to identify and understand those thoughts and behaviors that sabotage your goals. I also use therapy skills based on neuroscience findings, particularly with issues such as trauma, emotional-regulation, anger-management, and relationships.
I provide services in English and in Russian languages. My goal is helping you to heal, learn, grow and create harmonious, happy, healthy and balanced life.
