About
My ambition is to improve people’s lives and I have chosen to do this through providing therapy as a clinician since 2016. I earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Saint Joseph. In my professional career I have worked with clients and families in various settings. This background has given me the opportunities to better support clients, to give guidance in developing skills, to offer insight that empowers positive change, and to watch them grow. I enjoy working with clients from various backgrounds and cultures. This has led me to meet some amazing people.
Do you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts or emotions? I am here to help you on your journey to find solutions and build strategies for you to reach your goals. My experience in the clinical field has given me experience working with children, adolescents and adults with clinical concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression and relationship problems.
My approach to therapy is to build a strong therapeutic connection with my clients that is respectful, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. I utilize skills of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy as catalysts for therapeutic dialogue in sessions. Having trained in other modalities, I will tailor your treatment to best meet your needs.
