About
I specialize in helping people connect with their present moment experience, emotions and thoughts in new ways. Anxiety, trauma, addictions and depression all drive negative and harmful ways of relating to ourselves and others. Mindfulness, Somatic (body based) experiencing and EMDR combined suppors inner change and resilience. This integrated approach allows change to happen at the level of the nervous system via our innate drive to heal. We are always changing; it's happening passively all the time so why not face and connect (instead of bracing against) our experience so we can truly heal.
I focus on process and your innate movement toward health. I support your capacity to be present and to connect with the ways you resist, block, deny or shut down. This is a powerful and unique approach that changes how you relate to yourself, to others and unresolved trauma.
My experience, studies and meditation practice have highlighted that the force of life itself blesses us with an innate drive toward wholeness and wellness. Tapping into that innate drive provides momentum for a lifetime process that supports each person as they become more and more uniquely themselves.
