I am a behavioral and psychotherapist who has experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. I use a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Response Prevention, and Family Therapy. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client and have witnessed firsthand how these interventions empower individuals to change their life for the better.
Through a compassionate, and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel validated and understood. I foster a space for clients to explore their emotions, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies. I have advanced training in CBT, MI, ERP, SPACE, ACT, and am trauma informed.
