Parents sometimes find themselves lost, not knowing how to help their children with their struggles. As your therapist, I will guide and support you and your family to find regulating tools and ensure respect and connection with each other.

I specialize in children and adolescents with diverse issues. I use play as a medium to communicate and help children find their voice and inner wisdom. Children and adolescents sometimes don't have the words to communicate their feelings. Play assists the child by allowing them to play out their feelings and struggles.

Recognizing and asking for help is the first step for healing. I will provide authenticity, support and guidance to you and your family.
