I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in working with adults and adolescents. I have significant experience working with people in the tech industry through my work as the Mental Health Manager at the Wellness Center at Facebook. I am well versed in the unique challenges individuals face working in high pressure environments and can help you navigate stress, burn out, and personal and professional relationships. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, social phobia, grief, and chronic pain.
I have also worked with adolescents and their families in many settings (schools, community mental health, and juvenile hall). I help teenagers navigate difficult life transitions, cope with academic and peer pressures, and support them in their identity development. I also have a strong background in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
I specialize in evidenced-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I balance research and theory with each client’s unique personality, cultural background, and life experiences to provide the most effective treatment. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing!
