I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University along with a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Trauma Counseling. I received my undergraduate degree from Kutztown University in Special Education and Elementary Education. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma, stress, phobias, and other stuck points.
Using clinically tested and evidence-based interventions, I work with individuals of all ages with a special interest in the needs of children, teens, and young adults. I approach individual client needs through a person-centered focus and trauma-informed interventions.
