I help my clients through various challenges such as anxiety, anger, depression, grief, addictive behavior and transitions in their professional and personal lives. I use CBT, Narrative Therapy, Guided Imagery, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Past Life Regression and Solution Focused Therapy modalities in my practice. I offer sessions in Russian and Italian.
I received Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy and started my private practice in 2001 and since then I have been working as an Instructor and as a Mentor to interning students at HMI, nationally accredited Hypnotherapy College. I practice Reiki for over twenty years and offer beginner, intermediate and Master/Teacher levels classes.
With the addition of a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology I find the combination of my skills and honed skills make me uniquely suited to guide my clients through any challenges they wish to overcome and help them to realize and even surpass their personal goals.
