As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have the knowledge of fostering mental-behavioral health, wellness and healing. I am knowledgeable of practicing under spiritual based practices. Often times, circumstances occur in life that can make us feel emotionally trapped. The variety of emotions felt are usually a temporary complacency that we are not aware of and are unfamiliar with. I believe that identifying and addressing the inner crisis happening within us, will allow us to no longer tolerate the temporary complacency in life and will allow a chance for personal growth and change for better mental health, wellness and healing.
I can help individuals with identifying and addressing personal issues with complex emotions and feelings, working through past trauma and hurt, challenging thinking patterns that are negative, helping with clarity and understanding around life's unexpected changes, teaching coping and problem solving techniques and fostering personal growth.
Every individual is given a unique identity and sense of self; however, life's circumstances can often times overshadow the sense of self and cause dis-ease. Becoming more aware emotionally and spiritually, and challenging the fear of the unknown will help create a renewed sense of self and make way for an even greater evolution of self-preservation.
