Sand Tray and Art Therapy is one of the many treatment interventions I utilize to help clients delve into past trauma. It is a safe and non-evasive way to deal with trauma.
I have over 40 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the following areas: childhood abuse, neglect, anger management, domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and relational issues. When the root cause of trauma is identified and treated, you have the possibility of living a fulfilled life.

This group is specially designed to assist individuals who may be experiencing difficulties managing the affects of COVID-19; through a video-conferencing platform, ZOOM. We will identify a day and time to meet weekly through ZOOM for the purposes of: connecting with others, releasing stress and anxiety, creating an atmosphere of compassion and laughter, to share information, develop coping skills, and to become healthier physically, mentally, and spiritually.
