For 20 years, I’ve supported individuals in the Lake Havasu City community in finding healing, clarity, and resilience. I provide in-person counseling for clients 16 and older (not couples or under 16). Together, we’ll work toward creating a more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling life that feels truly your own.
I am a trauma-informed therapist who asks “What happened to you?” not “What’s wrong with you?” Trained in EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches, I tailor treatment to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work through challenges, heal from the past, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
