I have been serving the Lake Havasu City community for the past 18 years and would like to connect with you to work together to get you to a better place in your life. I provide in person counseling sessions to individuals 16 years of age and up. I am not seeing couples or individuals under the age of 16.
I am a trauma informed therapist, focusing on the question: what happened to you NOT what is wrong with you. I am trained in EMDR and additional trauma focused treatment. I use many approaches to find the right fit for you to begin to work through your concerns.
