This Black Women's Support Group is an 8-week group provides a supportive and safe space where Black women can process their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. This telehealth group addresses the unique mental health needs of Black women, fostering a confidential space of community, empowerment, and healing. The sessions encourage open dialogue about topics such as political stress, systemic racism/sexism, ethnic/racial identity, motherhood, self-care, and personal growth. Participants will benefit from mutual support, understanding, and strategies to enhance their well-being and resilience. Days/times will be based on clients' availability.
