Welcome to Child and Family Creative Counseling! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and board approved clinical supervisor (ACS) dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of individuals and families. I utilize an eclectic approach in working with children, adolescents, and adults to address psychological and behavioral concerns while meeting their developmental needs.
A large part of therapeutic success relies on identifying appropriate therapeutic techniques for clients. Individuals and families receive a specialized approach including cognitive behavioral and trauma focused techniques with play/music based approaches which aid in developing positive coping behaviors for overall wellness.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families processing traumatic experiences, addressing impulsive and inattentive behaviors, grief, anger management, anxiety and depression.
