Today certainly is a different world we live in. Trying to balance life along with all the adjustments in our current environment can be challenging. For over 10 years I've been working with individuals and their families to manage life's challenges. In 2023, I became certified in Psychedelic Therapies. I wanted to find alternative methods to better support individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, grief and ALL that holds one back from being whole with themselves.
