Hi my name is Tanya Freedland and I am Licensed as a Clinical Counselor and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am also the founder of the ARCS Institute that provides personality-driven individual therapy. As a recovery-oriented therapist, I believe that everyone has their own path to recovery and there is no "right" way to heal from mental ill health and substance use problems. I rely on cutting-edge research to enhance our work together and utilize a non 12-step, personality-driven approach that incorporates evidence based skills and strategies.

I have specialized expertise in integrating treatment and therapy for people who have co-occurring substance use disorders and mental illness. In my work, I use precision personality testing that allows me to tailor therapy and treatment targets to the individual needs of each person I work with. Together, we can develop a plan for you!
