Sometimes life looks different than we thought it would. Sometimes it can look exactly as we want it, and then things go sideways, and everything changes. Maybe you are experiencing troubling thoughts or feelings of hopelessness. Perhaps you are having difficulties with setting boundaries or communication in relationships. I work with individuals ages 18+ and couples who wish to make changes in their lives.
I offer couples counseling using the Gottman Method, and Premarital Counseling (Save Your Marriage Before it Starts). I work from an eclectic mix of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EFT, and Client-Centered Therapy.
