I am very passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves. I personally understand the hardships that anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma & addiction can have on the everyday ability to function. I hope to help you alleviate those struggles to help you achieve the peace and fulfillment that you deserve.
I use varying approaches including depending on the presenting problem including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My belief is that anyone can and deserves to live a fulfilling life filled with happiness and relief from the burdens of mental health.
I hope that if you are struggling in any way that you know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It's important to me that my clients feel safe and secure to open up and work through their struggles, I make sure to do everything I can to make that the reality.
