I work with the whole family in my private practice - individuals, couples & families - understanding all parts that work together. I help families develop close, healthy relationships and individuals to becoming the person they want to be. As a seasoned Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, I help couples with better communication, resolving conflicts in a healthy manner and to develop a connected relationship. As a LPC and a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner / aka "tapping". I assist with strategies to deal with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and individual well being. I will tailor your therapy to fit your individual needs.
As a Registered Play Therapist, I use art, sand tray & customized play experiences for children and adolescents, 9 and up. Family Therapy is another of my specialties. Parent / Child Therapy can result in closer relationships & fewer behavior issues. Parent Consultation is available as well, to help with skills and strategies for your child or teen.
My private practice is currently done virtually on an encrypted HIPPA compliant platform. Virtual work allows you to have sessions from the comfort of your home or conveniently from a private office space, with no travel involved, saving time and gas and additional stress rushing. This is similar to a Zoom call. Sessions can be individual or for couples.
