I see individuals, couples & families. I work with children 5 yrs & up, adolescents & adults. I help with anxiety, stress & trauma, including grief. Relationship repair for couples, parents with children, siblings and peers. As a seasoned Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, I help with relationship wounds and facilitate healthy communication with conflict resolution skills and assist with re- connection.. As a LPC, I help create individual well being, bringing more calm, peace & emotional regulation. Plus, healing from trauma and grief. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use therapeutic art & play experiences & therapeutic games.

Parent / Child Therapy can result in closer relationships & fewer behavior issues. Family Therapy is an option as well. Parent Consultation is available to assist you in finding ways to help you and your child. And then Family Therapy can be used to with children and parents of all ages. I am also, a Clinical Certified EFT Practitioner who using "tapping".

I offer within my private practice In-Person or Virtual Therapy. Or the use of both these options. I see each person as a unique individual with their own unique story and needs.
