I have a strong foundation in ACT, CBT, trauma-informed care, bariatric psych evaluations, and integrative approaches to mental health.

Like many therapists, my own healing journey led me here. I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the room uncertain, hopeful, and craving something more. That experience shapes how I show up as a therapist: grounded, present, and real. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care.
