Have you or your child ever talked about feeling "different" or "out of place"? Maybe you struggle to identify with the people & world around you. These are common thoughts of my clients; pre-teens, teens & young(ish) adults who want support whether struggling with school, work stress, socializing, self-esteem, identity, and want to learn more about themselves. My services include mental health counseling (ages 13+) and private psychoeducational evaluations (ages 7+) with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Autism.
My goal is to help you learn/ identify coping skills, build confidence, motivation, & strategies to help you navigate life and be true to yourself. My speciality is neurodiverse clients & clients with mild/moderate Anxiety & Depression. I also specialize in parent advocacy and psycho-educational assessments (including IEE's, gifted) for families and schools.
I want you to walk away from services feeling empowered and prepared, whether that is through 1 on 1 counseling, parent advocacy & education, or the result of a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation. I use a strengths-based approach to identify areas where support is needed and to build on strengths that already exist in you. You can do hard things!
