I’m a social worker and addiction counselor. I’m also the founder of Ease & Wellness Counseling Services. E&W is a non-judgmental and inclusive space where we not only support people living with mental health or addiction concerns, but their family, friends, and loved ones.
I’ve noticed that shame, trauma, and grief are connected to addiction and mental health concerns. You may feel alone, overwhelmed, or worried that you’ll be judged. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. So, I try to make this process as easy as possible! My services are through telehealth. So, we can talk virtually or by phone.
I’ve worked with people from various backgrounds, including children, youth, older adults with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, refugees and sexual assault survivors. I've worked in public schools, prisons, and treatment facilities. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. You're the expert, and together, we'll create a plan that works for you at your pace!
